多自由度百香果采摘装置的设计与试验 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,百香果种植业发展迅速,越来越受到大家的喜爱,市场前景广阔。对种植户来说,百香果的采摘仍为人工采摘,效率低下、耗费大量人力。针对以上问题,设计了一种多自由度百香果采摘装置,解决了采摘难、采摘耗时等问题,填补了市面上百香果采摘装置的空白。利用UG和ADAMS对装置进行模型建立和运动仿真分析,根据设计原理制作出物理样机并进行了试验。试验结果表明:与人工采摘相比,装置能有效地提高百香果采摘效率,操作简便,可靠性高。 In recent years,the passion fruit planting industry has developed rapidly,and passion fruit is becoming more and more popular with everyone,and the market prospect is broad.For growers,the harvesting of passion fruit is still manual,which is inefficient and consumes a lot of manpower.In view of the above problems,a degree of freedom passion fruit picking device is now proposed,which solves the problems of difficulty in picking and time-consuming picking,and fills the gap of passion fruit picking devices on the market.Utilize UG and ADAMS to establish the model and analyze the motion simulation of the device.According to the design principle,the physical prototype is made and tested.The test results show that compared with manual picking,the device can effectively improve the picking efficiency of passion fruit,and is easy to operate and highly reliable.
