摘要
为了进一步提高玉米种子定向成功率,设计了一种玉米种子尖端定向滑移装置,并对其定向原理进行了分析。装置主要由滑移间距控制机构和尖端定向机构两部分组成,且由于尖端定向机构是装置的关键部件,因而对其进行了结构设计。以旋转种槽长度l、种槽与水平面倾角θ、种子进入旋转种槽到种槽旋转的时间T为因素,以旋转种槽转过180°后玉米种子到旋转种槽轴心间的距离为指标,进行三因素三水平正交仿真试验,得到最佳工艺参数为:旋转种槽长度50mm,种槽与水平面倾角25°,种子进入旋转种槽到种槽旋转的时间0.02s。此条件下,玉米种子尖端定向效果最佳。研究可为提高玉米种子尖端定向提供参考。
In order to further improve the success rate of corn seed orientation,this paper designs a corn seed tip directional sliding device,and analyzes its orientation principle.The device is mainly composed of sliding distance control mechanism and tip orientation mechanism,in which the tip orientation mechanism is the key of the device,and the structure of the device is designed.Taking the diameter l of the rotary seed tank,the inclination angleθbetween the seed tank and the horizontal plane,and the time T from the seeds entering the rotary seed tank to the rotation of the seed tank as the factors,and taking the distance index between the corn seeds and the axis of the rotary seed tank after the rotary seed tank rotates 180°as the index,the orthogonal simulation experiment of three factors and three levels was carried out.The results showed that the optimal process parameters were as follows:the length of the rotary seed tank was 50 mm,the inclination angle between the seed tank and the horizontal plane was 25°and the time from seed entering the rotating seed tank to seed tank rotation was 0.02 s.Under this condition,the orientation effect of corn seed tip was the best.This study provides a reference for improving the tip orientation of maize seeds.
