林业苗木移栽机碎土机构的设计与试验 被引量:2

摘要 在林业发展过程中,苗木移栽是一个重要的环节。为解决现有移栽机无法直接进行碎土作业和实际作业过程繁琐等问题,设计了一种带有碎土机构的一体式移栽机。通过对碎土机构进行运动学分析,使用ADAMS仿真得出不同速度比下标记点处的轨迹和总位移曲线图,确定了当速度比λ=9时碎土机构的碎土率较高、碎土性能较好,更符合实际要求。采用ANSYS对碎土机构进行强度分析和疲劳寿命分析,得到了碎土机构的最大应力、最大位移变形、最大疲劳寿命和安全系数,经分析其各项参数均符合使用要求。试验测试表明:当移栽机前进速度v_(0)=1.5m/s、刀轴转速n=429.7r/min时,一体式移栽机的碎土率均值为88.46%,满足实际作业要求。 In the process of forestry development,seedling transplanting is an important link.In order to solve the problems that the existing transplanting machine cannot directly carry out the earth crushing operation and the actual operation process is cumbersome,this paper designs an integrated transplanting machine with a soil crushing mechanism.Through the kinematic analysis of the broken-earth mechanism,the ADAMS simulation is used to obtain the trajectory and total displacement curve diagrams at the marked points under different speed ratios.It is determined that when the speed ratioλ=9,the broken-earth mechanism has a higher rate of broken soil.The broken soil performance is better and more in line with actual requirements;the strength analysis and fatigue life analysis of the broken soil mechanism are carried out by ANSYS,and the maximum stress,the maximum displacement deformation,the maximum fatigue life and the safety factor of the broken soil mechanism are obtained.The parameters meet the requirements for use.After the test,when the forward speed of the transplanting machine v_(0)=1.5 m/s and the rotation speed of the knife shaft n=429.7 r/min,the average value of the soil crushing rate of the integrated transplanting machine is 88.46%,which meets the requirements of actual operation.The design of the transplanter provides reference.
