摘要
为了提高传统果园喷雾机的智能化程度,实现对靶喷施的效果,设计了果园喷雾机的电控系统。通过建立MatLab仿真模型,对步进电机进行机械特性仿真,研究电机转速与控制系统发射的脉冲频率的内在联系,针对此联系结合HC-SR04超声波传感器的电路特征和步进电机驱动器通信协议,设计了以Arduino单片机为核心的控制系统,实现了喷雾机仿形功能。台架试验结果表明:超声波测量的平均误差率均小于4%,平均响应时间均小于3s,符合田间作业需求,与传统作业方式相比,雾滴分布更加均匀,优化了喷雾机作业效果,节约了药量。
In order to improve the intelligentization of traditional orchard sprayer and achieve the effect of raking,an electrical control system of orchard sprayer was designed.By establishing the Matlab simulation model,the mechanical characteristics of the stepper motor are simulated,and the internal relationship between the motor speed and the pulse frequency of the control system is studied.Aiming at this connection,combining with the circuit characteristics of the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor and the communication protocol of the stepper motor driver,the control system based on Arduino single chip microcomputer is designed to realize the profiling function of the sprayer.The results of bench test show that the average error rate of ultrasonic measurement is less than 4%,and the average response time is less than 3s.In line with field operation requirements,the droplet distribution is more uniform compared with the traditional operation mode,which optimizes the operation effect of the sprayer and saves the dosage.
