摘要
建立气相色谱法测定环丙甲酸中的有关物质(乙酸、正丁酸、异丁酸、γ-丁内酯、巴豆酸、2-甲基环丙甲酸、环丙甲酸甲酯),该方法以Agilent DB-FFAP 30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm为色谱柱,程序升温,检测器为氢火焰离子化检测器。各杂质间的分离度良好,在各自的浓度范围内的线性函数关系较好,回收率均在96.88%~102.62%。本方法的专属性和检测准确度均较好,检测灵敏度较高,可用于环丙甲酸的质量控制。
A GC method has been established for detecting the related substance(Acetic acid,n-butyric acid,isobutyric acid,γ-butyrolactone,trans-crotonic acid,2-methylcyclopropanoic acid,methyl cyclopropanecarboxylate)in cyclopropanecarboxylic acid.A non-polar stationary phase gas chromatography column(Agilent DB-FFAP 30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)was used.Program temperature,the detector is a flame ionization detector.The resolution of each impurity is good,the method was linear in their respective concentration ranges,and the recovery rate is between 96.88%and 102.62%.The method is specific,accuracy and sensitive,and can be used for the quality control of cyclopropanecarboxylic acid.
