摘要
为解决云母片岩强风化土路基填料难以压实和浸水湿化变形问题,通过现场试验,优化云母片岩强风化土路基填筑结构,采用灰色理论模型对新型路基工后沉降进行预测,并通过三轴湿化试验,分析风化土路基填料的湿化变形特性。结果表明:提出的“三夹二开山石渣”新型路基结构能够达到路基填筑要求,且路基长期变形预测满足高速公路沉降控制要求;随着初始有效围压的增大,风化路基土的强度及变形指标均呈递增趋势,而增大干密度能有效削弱外界水对风化土的劣化作用;建立的风化土路基填料湿化变形规律经验公式,与试验结果吻合较好。
In order to solve the problems of difficult compaction and wetting deformation of mica schist strongly weathered soil subgrade filler,through the field test,the filling structure of mica schist strongly weathered soil subgrade is optimized,the grey theory model is used to predict the post-construction settlement of the new subgrade.Through triaxial wetting test,the wetting deformation characteristics of weathered soil subgrade filler are analyzed.The results show that the new subgrade structure of"three sandwich two open rock slags"proposed can meet the requirements of subgrade filling,and the long-term deformation prediction of subgrade meets the requirements of expressway settlement control.As the initial effective confining pressure increases,the strength and deformation indexes of weathered subgrade soil show an increasing trend,while increasing the dry density can effectively weaken the deterioration effect of external water on weathered soil.The empirical formula of wetting deformation law of weathered soil subgrade filler established is in good agreement with the test results.
