摘要
在传统铜电解生产工艺中,人工剥离铜始极片已经不适应企业发展需要。针对这一问题,根据实际生产工况要求,设计了一种铜始极片预剥离装置,并进行三维建模,用多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS对预剥离装置进行了动力学仿真分析,研究了该装置中拍打机构和旋打机构工作过程的动力学特性,在不同拍打时间和旋转时间的情况下,得出了合理的拍打时间、旋转时间和完全剥离时间,为预剥离装置的控制提供依据,提高了铜始极片剥离生产效率。
In the traditional copper electrolysis production process,the manual stripping of copper electrode sheet is not suitable for the development of enterprises.To solve this problem,according to the requirements of actual production conditions,a pre-stripping device for copper starting plate was designed,and three-dimensional modeling was carried out.The multi-body dynamics simulation software ADAMS was used to carry out dynamics simulation analysis on the pre-stripping device,and the dynamics characteristics of the working process of the flapping mechanism and the spinning mechanism in the device were studied.In the case of different flapping time and spinning time,the reasonable flapping time,spinning time and complete stripping time were obtained.It provides the basis for the control of the prestripping device,and improves the stripping efficiency of the copper primer.
