摘要
近年来,各地区和城市纷纷加入人才争夺大战,出台一系列人才优惠新政,比如“放宽落户条件,加大补贴力度,降低投资纳税”等,无不体现各地方政府的求贤若渴。泰州市历来重视人才工作,特别是从2015年开始,持续不断地加大对高层次人才的招引力度,也取得了不错的成绩,但从对高层次人才招引的效果来看相较苏南三市以及周边城市差距明显。文章结合近几年泰州市高层次人才招引政策和现状,采用问卷调查法、比较研究法、探索性研究法等,分析当前泰州市在高层次人才招引工作上取得的成绩和存在的问题,对存在的问题进行仔细剖析,并提出相应的对策。期待所提供的对策和办法能够为泰州市及其他城市在今后的高层次人才招引过程中起到一定参考作用。
In recent years,various regions and cities have joined in the competition for talents,and introduced a series of new preferential policies for talents,such as“relaxing settlement conditions,increasing subsidies,and reducing investment and tax”,which all reflect the eagerness of local governments for talents.Taizhou has always attached great importance to talent work,especially since 2015,it has continuously increased the recruitment of high-level talents,and has also achieved good results.However,from the perspective of the effect of the recruitment of high-level talents,there is a significant gap compared with the three cities in Southern Jiangsu and surrounding cities.Based on the policies and current situation of Taizhou’s high-level talent recruitment in recent years,the paper analyzes the achievements and existing problems of Taizhou’s high-level talent recruitment work by using the methods of questionnaire survey,comparative research and exploratory research,analyzes the existing problems carefully,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.It is expected that the countermeasures and methods provided can play a certain reference role for Taizhou city and other cities in the recruitment process of high-level talents in the future.
