摘要
青年能否树立正确的价值观关乎国家未来。以宗法群体为本位的家庭伦理观与以个人主义为本位的经济伦理观并存于处在社会转型时期的青年行为与思想中,由此产生出差序格局理性化的思维及行为模式。婚恋观冲突主要表现为自由恋爱与等级婚恋并存,就业观冲突主要表现为零风险维生型就业与冒险创业并存,交友观冲突表现为单纯情感与利益算计交织。当代青年价值观的培育离不开社会主义核心价值观的合理内核。可以中国优秀传统文化涵养青年,并以“家国同构”的思维模式引导青年,从而构建文化熔炉的“大思政”格局,以此培育新时代青年的价值观。
Whether the youth can establish correct values is crucial to the future of the country.The family ethics based on patriarchal group and the economic ethics based on individualism coexist in the behaviors and thoughts of the youth in the period of social transformation,which produces the thinking and behavior mode of rationalization of differential pattern.The conflict of love and marriage view is mainly manifested as the coexistence of free love and hierarchical love;the conflict of employment concept is mainly characterized by the coexistence of zero-risk subsistence employment and risky entrepreneurship;the conflict of friendship view is manifested as the interwoven pure emotion and interest calculation.The cultivation of contemporary youth values cannot be separated from the rational core of socialist core values.The youth can be cultivated by the excellent traditional Chinese culture and guided with the thinking mode of“the same structure of the clan and country”,so as to construct the“big ideology and politics”pattern of the cultural melting pot and cultivate the youth values in the new era.
