不同产地党参中小分子类化学成分差异比较分析研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了解我国不同产地品种党参中小分子类化学成分的差异,以我国主要党参产区(甘肃、贵州、山西、湖北、四川)的不同品种(党参C.pilosula.;素花党参C.pilosula var.mdesta.;川党参C.tangshen.)党参中特征小分子类化学成分(紫丁香苷、阿魏酸、党参炔苷、苍术内酯Ⅲ)含量进行了比较分析。结果表明:各产地品种党参中紫丁香苷、阿魏酸、党参炔苷、苍术内酯Ⅲ含量均存在一定差异,4种物质含量为党参炔苷>苍术内酯Ⅲ>紫丁香苷>阿魏酸。甘肃文县十里镇示范园试验田党参样品党参炔苷含量最高,为1.33mg·g^(-1)。苍术内酯Ⅲ仅在素花党参(C.pilosula var.modesta.)和党参(C.pilosula)中含有,甘肃文县十里镇示范田党参样品苍术内酯Ⅲ含量最高,为0.64mg·g^(-1)。各产地品种党参样品中的紫丁香苷和阿魏酸含量均较低,含量均接近千分之一。从品种来看,素花党参(C.pilosula var.modesta.)小分子含量最多,党参(C.pilosula.)次之,川党参(C.tangshen.)最低。从产地来看,甘肃渭源(基地种植)党参小分子含量最高,山西陵川党参小分子含量次之,湖北恩施党参小分子含量最低。通过对我国主要产地和品种党参小分子含量进行全面系统的分析及比较,为后续选择适宜品种党参作为食品或加工原料时提供一定的理论参考。 To examine the differences in the small molecule chemical components of Codonopsis pilosula from different producing regions in China,the content of small molecule chemical components of different varieties(Codonopsis pilosula;Codonopsis pilosula var.mdesta;C.tangshen.)from the main Codonopsis pilosula production areas(Gansu,Guizhou,Shanxi,Hubei and Sichuan)were established,and the content including Syringin,Ferulic acid,Lobetyolin,Atractylenolide Ⅲ were compared.The results showed that there were some differences in the contents of Codonopsis pilosula from different habitats and varieties.The contents of the four substances were Lobetyolin>Atractylenolide Ⅲ>Syringin>Ferulic acid.Codonopsis pilosula var.modesta and C.pilosula.only contain Atractylodes Ⅲ.The content of Atractylenolide Ⅲ in Codonopsis pilosula.sample from the demonstration field in Shili Town,Wenxian County,Gansu Province is the highest,at 1.33mg·g^(-1).The content of eugenin and ferulic acid in Codonopsis pilosula samples from various origins is low,nearly one thousandth.In terms of varieties,C.pilosula var.modesta.has the highest content of small molecules,followed by C.pilosula,and C.Tangshen has the lowest content.From the point of origin,the content of small molecules of Codonopsis pilosula in Weiyuan(base planting)of Gansu Province is the highest,followed by that in Lingchuan of Shanxi Province,and the content of small molecules of Codonopsis pilosula in Enshi of Hubei Province is the lowest.By the means of comprehensive and systematic analysis and comparison of content of small molecule of Codonopsis pilosula from the main producing areas and varieties,it provides a certain theoretical reference for the subsequent selection of suitable varieties of Codonopsis pilosula as food or processing raw materials.
