复合材料R区结构渐近损伤和疲劳寿命趋势分析研究

摘要 为深入分析复合材料L型角片的疲劳寿命影响因素,采用ABAQUS构建复合材料层合板渐进损伤和疲劳寿命分析模型,利用Hashin损伤准则、Beheshty等寿命模型以及强度刚度损伤退化准则,应用Fortran语言二次开发UMAT子程序,模拟复合材料L型角片R区的渐进损伤和疲劳寿命数值,结果表明:当疲劳载荷峰值相同时,复合材料R区疲劳寿命随着应力比的减小而减小,随着R区半径角度的变大而变小。该分析方法为复合材料L型角片R区的渐进损伤和疲劳寿命分析提供一定参考,适用于复合材料典型结构的疲劳寿命趋势分析。 In order to deeply analyze the fatigue life influencing factors of composite L-shaped corner piece,ABAQUS was used to build the progressive damage and fatigue life of composite laminates.Based on the Hashin damage criterion,Beheshty equivalent life model and strengthstiffness damage degradation criterion UMAT subroutine was developed in Fortran language to simulate the progressive damage and fatigue life values in R-zone of composite L-shaped corner pieces.The results show that when the peak fatigue load is the same,the fatigue life in R-zone decreases with the decrease of stress ratio,and decreases with the increase of radius angle of R-zone.This analysis method provides a reference for the progressive damage and fatigue life analysis of the R-zone of the composite L-shaped corner piece,and is suitable for the fatigue life trend analysis of typical composite structures.
