摘要
文中通过不同品种铁矿石在不同含水率的情况下与不同金属板材之间的摩擦系数的测定实验,得出实验曲线、数学模型、函数曲线。以实验结果为依据,分析了料斗堵塞的成因和料斗防堵塞机理,得出改变铁矿石与料斗内壁接触部位的局部含水率,就能在铁矿石含水率增加很小的情况下实现防堵塞的结论,并以此分别在上部料斗和下部料斗给出了料斗防堵塞设计方案。
By measuring the friction coefficient between different kinds of iron ores and different metal plates at different water content,the experimental curve,mathematical model and function curve are obtained.Based on the experimental results,this paper analyzes the causes of hopper blockage and the mechanism of hopper anti-blockage,and draws the conclusion that the anti-blockage can be realized when the water content of iron ore increases little by changing the local water content of the contact part between the iron ore and the inner wall of the hopper,and gives the anti-blockage design schemes for the upper hopper and the lower hopper respectively.
