摘要
以某工程混凝土预制沉管为研究对象,通过MIDAS FEA和LUSAS有限元软件进行了水化热温度应力仿真计算,分析了混凝土预制沉管的早期开裂风险和温度、温度应力变化规律。结果表明:MIDAS FEA和LUSAS的温度、温度应力计算结果分布及发展趋势基本相同,匹配性良好,相互映证了计算结果的正确性。最高温度计算结果和内表最大温差都仅相差1℃左右。MIDAS FEA对首节和第2~5节的3 d应力计算值分别比LUSAS高0.82、0.30 MPa,7 d应力计算值分别比LUSAS高0.30、0.09 MPa,28 d应力计算值分别比LUSAS低1.22、1.37 MPa,3 d龄期混凝土表面温控抗裂安全系数小于1.4,存在开裂风险,应加强浇筑、振捣及养护。
This paper takes a project concrete prefabricating tube as a research object,the hydration thermal temperature stress simulation calculation is carried out by MIDAS FEA and LUSAS,and the early cracking risks and temperature and temperature stress development of concrete prefabricated deposit pipes were analyzed.The results show that the distribution and development trend of temperature and thermal stress calculation results of Midas FEA and LUSAS are basically the same,and the matching is good,which proves the correctness of the calculation results.The difference between the calculation result of the maximum temperature and the maximum temperature difference of the inner table is only about 1℃.The calculated 3 d stress values of MIDAS FEA for the first section and the second to fifth sections are 0.82 MPa and 0.30 MPa higher than LUSAS respectively,the 7 d stress calculation value is 0.30 MPa and 0.09 MPa higher than LUSAS respectively,and the 28 d stress calculation value is 1.22 MPa and 1.37 MPa smaller than LUSAS respectively,the anti-cracking safety factor of the concrete surface at 3 d age is less than 1.4,there is a risk of cracking,and the pouring,vibrating and maintenance measures should be strengthened.
