摘要
采用柠檬酸钠、硼酸和酒石酸为缓凝剂,研究了缓凝剂种类及掺量对高温环境用压浆料的流动度、压力泌水率、自由膨胀率、抗压及抗折强度和抗氯离子渗透性能的影响。结果表明,缓凝剂的掺入可显著降低压浆料的流动度损失,对压浆料的初始流动度、压力泌水率、自由膨胀率、抗压及抗折强度、抗氯离子渗透性能也有一定的影响。缓凝剂对的种类及掺量不同,对压浆料的各项性能影响程度不同,在保证压浆料性能符合JTG/T 3650—2020要求的基础上,压浆料中柠檬酸钠的掺量不宜大于0.09%,硼酸掺量不宜大于0.06%,酒石酸掺量不宜大于0.06%。
Taking sodium Citrate,boric acid and tartaric acid as retarders,the effects of retarder type and content on the fluidity,bleeding rate,free expansion rate,compressive strength,flexural strength and chloride ion penetration resistance of the grouting material were studied.The results show that the addition of retarder can significantly reduce the fluidity loss of the pressurized slurry,the initial fluidity,pressure bleeding rate,free expansion rate,compressive and flexural strength,chloride ion penetration resistance are also affected.Different types and dosage of retarders have different effects on the properties of the grouting materials.On the basis of ensuring that the properties of the grouting material can meet the requirements of JTG/T 3650—2020,the content of the sodium citrate in the grouting material should not be more than 0.09%,boric acid should not be more than 0.06%,and tartaric acid should not be more than 0.06%.
