基于粒子阻尼器的船舶推进轴系减振研究 被引量:6

摘要 推进器激励力经轴系传递至船体的振动是影响船舶艉部声学性能的一个重要方面,为了实现衰减该传递路径振动量级的目的,于螺旋桨与推力轴承间轴段布置粒子阻尼减振器,通过仿真获得配置不同方案阻尼器的推进轴系的耗能结果,分析阻尼器配置对船舶推进轴系系统动特性的影响。基于轴系机理试验台架进行试验,以推力轴承基座振动加速度响应量级作为评价指标,充分评判了粒子阻尼减振器在推进轴系减振的适用性与实际效果。试验结果表明,在适当的位置安装粒子阻尼器可以获得显著的减振效果,同时验证了仿真结果的准确性。 The vibration of propeller exciting force transmitted to the hull through the shafting is an important aspect that affects the acoustic performance of the stern.To attenuate the vibration magnitude of the transmission path,a particle damper was arranged in the shaft section between the propeller and the thrust bearing.The energy consumption results of propulsion shafting with different damper schemes were obtained through simulation,and the influence of damper configuration on the propulsion shaft was analyzed.Then,based on the shafting mechanism test bench,taking the vibration acceleration response magnitude of thrust bearing base as the evaluation index,the applicability and actual effect of particle damping damper in vibration reduction of propulsion shafting were fully evaluated.The experimental results show that the particle damper installed in the appropriate position can obtain better damping effect,and verify the accuracy of the simulation results.
