摘要
案例教学法是绩效管理课程中的一种常用教学方法,能够将所学知识与企业实际相结合。但是在实际运用中,学生参与的积极性不高。本文从案例资源的建设、学生参与案例教学路径的重构、案例结果评估体系的完善等方面进行深入分析,重新思考学生参与案例教学的广度和深度、学生和教师角色的平衡等问题,以期提高学生参与案例教学的自主性,使学生成为课堂的主动探索者。
Case teaching method is a common teaching method in the performance management course,which can combine the knowledge learned with the actual situation of the enterprise.But in practical application,the enthusiasm of students’participation is not high.This paper makes in-depth analysis from the aspects of the construction of case resources,the reconstruction of students’participation in case teaching path,the improvement of case result evaluation system,and rethinks the breadth and depth of students’participation in case teaching,the balance between the roles of students and teachers,in order to improve the autonomy of students’participation in case teaching and make students become active explorers in the classroom.
