摘要
南京江北新区中心区地下空间一期项目二区1段地块面积约54000m^(2),地块总延米为1100m,场地内普遍存在淤泥及水塘,机械设备无法进场,施工道路及临时设施无法布置。为探索软土、淤泥、塘处理技术,文章通过物理法、换填法、固化法对比研究分析,进行现场生产性试验,结合施工现场实际情况,综合确定采用HAS固化剂对泥浆进行固化处理。实践表明,HAS固化技术处理高含水率淤泥效果显著,能极大提高软土、淤泥地基承载力,满足后续基坑围护、重型设备行走要求,同时也为淤泥固化技术的构建提供了基础参考。
Section 1 of Zone Two of Nanjing Jiangbei New District Central Area Underground Space Phase I Project covers an area of about 54,000 square meters,with a total length of 1100 meter.Since sludge and ponds are common in the site,mechanical equipment cannot enter and construction roads and temporary facilities cannot be arranged.In order to explore the treatment technology of soft soil,sludge and pond,this paper conducts a comparative study and analysis through physical method,replacement method and curing method,and carries out field production test.Combined with the actual situation of the construction site,HAS curing agent is comprehensively determined to be used for curing mud.The practice shows that the HAS curing technology has a significant effect on the treatment of high moisture content sludge,which can greatly improve the bearing capacity of soft soil and sludge foundation,meet the requirements of the subsequent walking requirements for heavy equipment in the foundation pit,and also provides a basic reference for the construction of sludge curing technology.
