摘要
为了全面提升学校建筑质量水平,施工部门要整合施工要求和施工要素,着重提升施工质量水平,要结合装配式钢结构设计要点,整合施工方式,充分发挥装配施工资源整合的优势作用,减少对周围环境产生的影响,基于学校建筑使用标准落实更加科学的施工方案,实现经济效益和社会效益的和谐统一。文章首先简要分析了装配式钢结构在学校建筑中应用的优势,然后结合实际案例,探讨了学校建筑中装配式钢结构设计要点、施工要求,着重探讨了预制内墙板和预制构件安装施工、节点施工、一体化施工等相关施工要点,以供参考。
In order to improve the quality level of school buildings in an all-round way,the construction department should integrate construction requirements and construction elements,focus on improving the quality level of construction.It should integrate construction methods combined with the design points of prefabricated steel structure,give full play to the advantages of prefabricated construction resources integration to reduce the impact on the surrounding environment,and implement more scientific construction schemes based on the use standards of school buildings,so as to realize the harmonious unity of economic and social benefits.This paper first briefly analyzes the advantages of the application of prefabricated steel structure in school buildings,and then discusses the design points and construction requirements of prefabricated steel structure in school buildings based on practical cases.It focuses on the installation construction of prefabricated internal wall panels and prefabricated components,node construction,integrated construction and other related construction points for reference.
