摘要
“超大功率电源系统控制、管理及配电技术”项目作为“十三五”民用航天项目,以新一代航天装备的迫切需求为背景,给出了超大功率航天器发展方向。针对未来航天器发展需求,基于传统控制配电技术,提出高压直流固态功率控制器设计方案。高压直流固态功率控制器以SiC MOSFET为开关元件,采用反时限延时保护和短路保护设计实现400 V高压控制配电、电路保护和故障隔离,突破多通道大功率电源系统能源智能管理技术的关键问题,为超大功率航天器在轨应用奠定了基础。
As civil space project in the 13 th Five-Year Plan, the project “Super Power Supply Control System, Management and Distribution Technology” puts forward the development direction of super power space bridge against the backdrop of the urgent needs of the new generation of aerospace equipment.Based on the traditional control and distribution technology, a design scheme of high voltage DC solid state power controller is proposed to meet the needs of future spacecraft development.High voltage DC solid state power controller with SiC MOSFET as the switching components, 400 V high voltage control power distribution, circuit protection and fault isolation are realized by reverse time delay protection and short circuit protection, the key problems of energy intelligent distribution management technology of multi-channel super power supply control system are broken, which lays a foundation for the on orbit application of super high power spacecraft.
