自承式钢管跨越结构鞍式支承处管壁环向弯曲应力分析

摘要 对于自承式钢管跨越结构鞍式支承处的管壁环向弯曲应力计算,规范中抗弯截面抵抗矩采用钢管的实际支承宽度进行计算,计算结果偏于保守。本文提出取支承影响长度为钢管直径,同时不小于钢管的实际支承宽度。采用规范算法、有限元分析以及推荐算法分别对不同支承宽度、管径、壁厚和支承半角变量下的环向弯曲应力进行计算和分析,验证了推荐算法的可行性。 For the calculation of hoop bending stress at saddle support of self-sustaining steel pipe crossing structure,the code adopts the actual supporting width of the steel pipe,while it is conservative.This paper proposes that the supporting influence length could be taken as the diameter of the steel pipe,and it is not less than the actual supporting width of the steel pipe.The hoop bending stresses with different supporting widths,pipe diameters,wall thicknesses and supporting half angles were calculated and analyzed by using standard algorithm,finite element analysis and recommended algorithm,which verified the feasibility of the recommended algorithm.
