摘要
21世纪以来,我国高等教育办学规模显著扩大,成立新校区给高校发展带来了新的机遇,同时,多校区高校建设往往面临校园文化传承与建构的挑战,因此,对于校园文化建设的关注日益提升。在高校发展由规模扩张期进入到内涵提升期后,如何在新校区成立后构建和创造独具自身特色的校园文化,是“双一流”高校建设发展的重要命题。该文分析了高校新校区文化建设的现状、问题,提出了相应的对策,并以近3年来唯一获得教育部批复的异地新校区——南京大学苏州校区为实践范例,总结了新校区校园文化建设的实践经验,包括兼顾多校区不同运行机制、注重两城市不同文脉风格等,以期构建适应新时代要求的校园文化体系。
Since the 21st century,the scale of higher education in China has significantly expanded.The establishment of new campuses has brought new opportunities to the development of colleges and universities.At the same time,the construction of multi campus colleges and universities often faces the challenges of the inheritance and construction of campus culture.Therefore,the attention to the construction of campus culture is increasing.After the development of colleges and universities has moved from the expansion period to the connotation upgrading period,how to build and create a unique campus culture after the establishment of the new campus is an important proposition for the construction and development of"double first-class"colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the cultural construction of the new campus of colleges and universities,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,and takes the Suzhou Campus of Nanjing University,the only new campus in different places that has been approved by the Ministry of Education in recent three years,as a practical example,summarizes the practical experience of the cultural construction of the new campus,including taking into account the different operating mechanisms of multiple campuses,paying attention to the different cultural styles of two cities,etc.,in order to build a campus cultural system that meets the requirements of the new era.
