发酵桑叶在水产饲料中的应用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 全龄人工饲料的应用加速了桑资源的过剩,饲用是桑的多元化利用中颇具潜力的应用方向。发酵桑叶在降低鲜桑叶抗营养因子水平的同时提升了其蛋白质营养价值,优化了生物活性成分,可以大大提升桑叶的饲用价值。发酵桑叶在禽畜生产中已经被广泛研究和应用,但在水产中的应用价值有待深入研究。本文就发酵桑叶的两种应用形式,即作为蛋白质饲料或活性成分添加剂,分别阐述了近年来发酵桑叶在水产饲料中的应用研究进展。 The application of full-age artificial feed accelerates the surplus of mulberry resources.Feeding is a potential application direction in the diversified utilization of mulberry.The fermentation not only reduce the level of antitrophic factors of fresh mulberry leaves,but also enhance their protein nutritional value and optimize the bioactive components.It greatly enhance the feeding value of mulberry leaves.Fermented mulberry leaves have been widely studied and applied in livestock and poultry industry,but the application in aquaculture remains to be well developed.Fermented mulberry leaves are used as protein feed or active ingredient additive.In this paper,the research progress of two application forms of fermented mulberry leaves inaquatic feed in recent years was reviewed.
