摘要
刺参是食药同源的滋补尚品,其营养和医药价值自古以来倍受认可。近年来,随着市场需求量的不断攀升,刺参养殖特别是南移刺参养殖产业发展迅速。南移养殖改变了刺参产业格局和发展方向,已成为业内重要的变革力量。但对南移刺参养殖及成品参运输、贮存技术的研究有限,详实的技术总结尚且缺乏。文章以科学试验和生产实践为依据,系统地总结和阐述了南移刺参池塘养殖关键技术环节,以及养成刺参运输与贮存的技术要点,以期服务和推动南移刺参全产业链的技术进步与高质量发展。
Apostichopus japonicus is a tonic product with the homology of food and medicine.Its nutritional and medical value has been recognized since ancient times.In recent years,along with the continuous increase of market demands,the culture industry of apostichopus japonicus,especially the culture industry of southward transplanted apostichopus japonicus,was growing rapidly.The culture of southward transplanted apostichopus japonicus has changed the industrial pattern and development direction of sea cucumber,which has become an important reform force in this industry.However,the researches on the culture of southward transplanted apostichopus japonicus and the transportation and storage technology of finished products are limited,and the detailed technical summaries are still lacking.Based on scientific experiments and production practice,this paper systematically summarizes and expounds the key technical links of pond culture of southward transplanted apostichopus japonicus,and the technical key points of transportation and storage of the finished product of apostichopus japonicus,in order to serve and promote the technological progress and highquality development of the whole industrial chain of southward transplanted apostichopus japonicus.
