超声影像学教学中融入医学人文的思考与探索

摘要 从一名大学生成长为能独立胜任超声诊断工作的超声医生,除了需要具备扎实的专业理论知识、精湛的操作技术和迅速处理紧急事件的能力外,还需要具备高尚的人文素养。为患者解除病痛的同时,还能兼顾到患者心理上的需求。如果在超声影像学教学过程中融入医学人文教育,使医学生在熟悉的医学背景知识下潜移默化地接受医学人文知识的熏陶,能够极大提升医学生对于职业的认同感、增强医患沟通能力,培养出具有良好职业道德的医生。 To grow from a college student to an ultrasonographer who can independently perform ultrasound diagnostic work,one needs not only solid professional theoretical knowledge,excellent operating techniques and the ability to quickly handle emergencies,but also noble humanistic accomplishment.While relieving patients′pain and suffering,they should be able to take into account the psychological needs of patients.If medical humanities education is integrated into the teaching process of ultrasound imaging,medical students can be implied to receive medical humanities knowledge under the familiar medical background knowledge,which can greatly enhance the medical students′sense of professional identity,strengthen the communication ability between doctors and patients,and cultivate doctors with good professional ethics.
