摘要
对H省乡村小学科学教师信息技术能力进行调查,结果表明:教师学历、学校所在区域、运用信息技术教学年限、所在教学环境信息化程度等因素对乡村小学科学教师信息技术能力水平的影响存在显著差异。而价值认同、专业培训等因素中价值认同影响最大。建议从转变教师观念、针对性培训内容设计、调整评价维度等方面采取相应措施,提升乡村小学科学教师信息技术能力。
The survey on the information technology ability of science teachers in rural elementary schools in H province has been conducted.It shows that there are significant differences in the influence of teachers’education background,school location,the years of using information technology in teaching,and the degree of informatization of teaching environment on such abilities.Among the factors such as value identification and professional training,value identification has the greatest impact.Based on the above results,it is suggested that education administrative departments and schools can take corresponding measures,for example,changing teachers’ideas,designing targeted training content,and adjusting evaluation dimensions,to achieve the goal of improving the information technology ability of science teachers in rural elementary schools.
