摘要
在多属性评价中,评价数学模型关乎评价方法的科学性和合理性,对评价目的的实现有重要作用。该研究融入元评价的理念和方法,将属性识别模型用于47种图书情报类期刊的再评价。通过构建反映更多期刊指征的评价指标体系,以及对指标权重采用强制决定法和熵值法进行主客观赋权的组合评价法,以提高评价的科学性和全面性。评价过程体现了以同行评议为主、计量评价为辅的综合评价方式,实现了定性与定量相结合的评价结果。模型应用和探讨为期刊评价提供了方法借鉴和方向指导。
In the multi-attribute evaluation, the mathematical model is related to the scientificity and rationality of evaluation method, and plays an important role in the realization of the evaluation purpose. This paper borrows the concept and method of meta-evaluation, and uses the attribute recognition model to re-evaluate 47 library and information journals. To improve its scientificity and comprehensiveness, it constructs an evaluation index system reflecting more journal indications, and a subjective-objective weighting method which combines compulsory decision method and entropy method for weight distribution. The evaluation process is comprehensive because it adopts peer review with quantitative evaluation as a supplement, and the evaluation results are both qualitative and quantitative. The application and discussion of the model provided methodology and guidance for journal evaluation.
