摘要 在国家积极倡导建筑工业化技术、推进智能建造的背景下,装配式建造技术得到大力发展。装配式地铁车站经过近10年的研究与实践得到较广泛应用。深圳地铁在四期调整线路中首次采用装配式地铁车站建造技术,这是该技术在华南地区的首次应用。文章结合深圳地铁四期调整线路的特点,在对装配式车站的结构选型进行系统性阐述的前提下,分析装配式车站的适用条件,介绍装配式建造技术在深圳地铁6座试点车站的应用,并对建设中存在的问题提出应对措施,对后期装配式车站结构的发展做出展望,以期推广装配式地铁车站在深圳地区的应用,实现其建造的标准化、模块化、规模化,达到提质增效、降低成本的目的。 Under the background that the country actively advocates technology of construction industrialization and promotes intelligent construction,fabricated construction technology has vigorously been developed. After nearly 10 years of research and practice, fabricated metro stations are now widely used. The fabricated metro station construction technology was first adopted by Shenzhen metro during phase Ⅳ of the revised line, marking the first application of this technology in the South China area. Based on the characteristics of the Shenzhen metro phase Ⅳ planning, and on the premise of systematically describing the structural selection of fabricated stations, this paper analyzes the applicable conditions of fabricated stations, introduces the application of fabricated construction technology in six pilot stations of Shenzhen metro, puts forward countermeasures to existing construction issues, and looks forward to the development of fabricated station structure in the later stage, with a view of promoting the application of fabricated stations in Shenzhen,realize standardization, modularization and scale of its construction to improve quality and efficiency and reduce costs.
