摘要 介绍地铁列车各类型蓄电池使用现状、运维策略,以蓄电池风险辨识为着力点,分析梳理蓄电池全流程运维中存在的火灾爆炸、列车亏电、作业风险等3项较大风险,并从蓄电池品牌库管理、设定防过充逻辑、蓄电池冗余设计、重点监护、明确工艺等方面制定风险管控措施及运维建议,有效防止影响安全事件发生。 By sorting out the use status and operation and maintenance strategies of various types of batteries in metro trains,and focusing on the identification of battery risks,this paper analyzes and sorts out three major risks in the whole process of operation and maintenance of batteries,including fire and explosion,power-lack of trains,and operation risks,and develops risk management and control measures and operation and maintenance suggestions from aspects of battery brand library management,development of anti-overcharge logic,battery redundancy design,intensive monitoring,and clarification of processes,which effectively preventing the occurrence of events affecting safety.
