摘要
针对盾构机在复杂地质条件下掘进时刀具易异常磨损且动火作业修复危险度高的问题,依托上软下硬复合地层条件下穗莞深城际铁路盾构法施工隧道工程,首先分析工程地质、水文条件及刀具磨损原因,然后提出3种不同修复方案并分析其优缺点,确定采用素混凝土地下连续墙加固体+工作井模式,通过采取技术措施实现盾构常压开仓动火作业修复刀盘的成功实践,为同样条件下的盾构施工提供经验借鉴。
In view of the issue that the shield machine is prone to abnormal wearing when tunneling under complex geological conditions and the hot work repair risk is high,the paper relies on the shield tunneling method of Sui-guan-Shen intercity railway under the conditions of upper soft and lower hard composite strata,first analyzes the engineering geology,hydrological conditions and the causes of tool wearing,and then proposes three different repair schemes and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages,a decision was made to adopt the mode of plain concrete diaphragm wall reinforcement plus working shaft.Through the successful demonstration of the shield machine head repairing in the normal pressure fire working,it provides reference experience for the shield construction under the same conditions.
