三种辐射防护服临床应用效果比较

摘要 目的比较3个厂家辐射防护服的实际防护性能、重量和价格。方法2021年8月收集该院投入使用时间相近(2018年12月至2019年4月)的3个厂家(美国英孚、北京市华仁益康科技发展有限公司和德国医疗指数股份有限公司)所有外观质量完好的辐射防护服并进行编号,再使用计算机随机抽取3个厂家防护服各10件,分为A、B、C组。模拟临床介入手术中第1术位者站立区域接受数字减影血管造影射线照射情景,使用辐射剂量监测仪分别收集每件辐射防护服的入射剂量率,并称取每件防护服重量,最后通过查阅购买记录进一步对比其成本。通过单因素方差分析和事后检验比较3组辐射防护服入射剂量率和重量的差异。结果3组辐射防护服入射剂量率、重量比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组辐射防护服入射剂量率、重量均明显低于A、B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组辐射防护服购买价格最低。结论C组辐射防护服防护性能最佳、重量最轻,而B组辐射防护服单价最低、性价比最高。各医院购买辐射防护服应综合考虑其防护性能、舒适度和性价比等因素。 Objective To compare the actual protective performance,weight and price of radiation protective garments from three manufacturers.Methods In August 2021,all the radiation protective garments with good appearance and quality from three manufacturers(INFAB,HUAREN,and Medical Index GmbH)those began to be put into use by the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University with similar time(from December 2018 to April 2019)were selected and numbered,then 10 protective garments from each of the three manufacturers were randomly selected by computer and divided into groups A,B and C.The situation of digital subtraction angiography radiation irradiation in the standing area of the first operative in clinical interventional surgery was simulated.The dose monitoring instrument was used to collect the incident dose rate of each radiation protective garment,and the weight of each protective garment was calculated.Finally,the cost was further compared by checking the purchase records.The difference of incident dose rate and weight of radiation protective garments among the three groups was compared by one-way ANOVA and back testing.Results The differences of incident dose rate and weight of radiation protective garments among the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incident dose rate and weight of radiation protective garments in the group C were significantly lower than those in the group A and the group B,with statistical significance(P<0.05),the purchase price of the group B was the lowest.Conclusion Among the three groups of protective garments,the group C has the best protective performance and the lightest weight,while the group B has the lowest unit price and the highest cost performance.When purchasing radiation protective garments,hospitals should consider their protective performance,comfort and cost performance.
