摘要 精湛的影像思维能力是影像医师岗位胜任力的根本要求,从不同层面探寻培养影像思维能力的策略,分别阐述培养影像思维能力需具备的基础条件,列举实例重点分析在影像教学过程中应着力掌握的几种思维素养和能力,包括树立影像与临床密不可分的观念、透过影像表现认识疾病本质、分清影像诊断中的主次矛盾、用整体观和发展观分析疾病的影像变化、辩证认识影像征象的共性与特性、建立纵向深入与横向发散的思维模式等,介绍影像诊断过程完整的思维程序并总结影像思维应遵循的基本原则,为提高我国影像医学整体教学水平提供参考。 Excellent imaging thinking ability is the fundamental requirement for radiologists.This paper explores the strategies for cultivating image thinking ability from different levels,expounds the basic auditions for cultivating image thinking ability,and lists examples to analyze several thinking qualities and abilities that should be mastered in the process of medical imageology teaching,including building a concept in which image and clinical are inseparable,understanding the essence of disease through image manifestation,distinguishing the primary and secondary contradictions in image diagnosis,analyzing the changes of image with the holistic and development view,dialectically understanding the commonness and characteristics of image signs,and establishing the thinking mode with depth and width,etc.This paper introduces the whole thinking procedure of image diagnosis and summarizes the basic principles that should be followed by image thinking,so as to provide reference for improving the overall teaching level of medical imageology.
