摘要
大量冲击性负荷接入电网,对电能质量造成严重影响。对接入大规模冲击性负荷的220 kV电网的电能质量问题及原因进行分析,提出分层治理模式,按层配置无功补偿装置,设计了由晶闸管投切电抗器(Thyristor Controlled Reactor,TCR)和静止无功发生器(Static Var Generator,SVG)进行无功补偿和控制的电能质量治理方案。通过对装置补偿原理的应用、补偿控制点的设定、补偿环节和过程的精准控制以及补偿容量与大小的确定实现了功率因数的补偿,改善了电压骤降及谐波问题,并取得良好经济效益。仿真试验和实践结果证明所提补偿模式和治理方法的有效性和正确性。
A large number of impact loads are connected to the power grid,which seriously affects the power quality.The power quality problems and causes of the 220 kV power grid connected to large-scale impact loads are analyzed,and the hierarchical controlling mode is proposed,and reactive power compensation devices are configured according to the layer.A power quality management scheme is designed for reactive power compensating and controlling by Thyristor Controlled Reactor(TCR) and Static Var Generator(SVG).Through compensation principle application of the devices,the setting of compensation control point,the precise control of compensation link and process,and the determination of compensation capacity and size,the power factor compensation is realized,and voltage drop and harmonic problems are improved,and good economic benefits are obtained.The effectiveness and correctness of proposed compensation mode and controlling method are proved by simulation and practice results.
