摘要
本文基于铜合金中金属铬的测定,对电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱测定法在“硝酸-盐酸”“、硝酸-硫酸-氢氟酸”分解铜合金试样的应用,以及共存元素等不同影响机制下铜合金中金属铬的测定结果的影响。经实验过后可利用“硝酸-硫酸-氢氟酸”所进行的分解实验,其结果具有良好的稳定性,同时,常见的共存元素对于金属铬的测定实验影响并不大,干扰因素可以忽略不计。可证实此分析法,能够保障测定铜合金中金属铬取得优质效果。
Based on the determination of metal chromium in copper alloy, the application of atomic emission spectrum method in nitric acid-hydrochloric acid and nitric acid-sulfate-hydrofluoric acid, and copper alloy under different influence mechanisms of coexisting elements.After the experiment, the decomposition experiment of "nitric acid-sulfuric acid-hydrofluoric acid" can be used, and the results have good stability. At the same time,the common coexisting elements have little influence on the determination experiment of metal chromium, and the interference factors can be negligible.It can be confirmed that this analysis method can guarantee the quality of metal chromium in copper alloy.
