摘要
“阳微阴弦”是慢性心力衰竭的核心病机,“阳微”责之心、肺、脾、肾气虚,日久气虚及阳,阳气亏虚,最终阴阳两虚;“阴弦”责之痰浊、瘀血、水湿胶结,阻滞血脉。“三焦失于决渎,玄府闭塞”是慢性心力衰竭加重的重要原因。治疗上,以益气温阳为要,兼以利水活血化痰,通和血脉;开鬼门,启玄府;升降气机,以平为期。
“Weak pulse at yang and wiry pulse at yin” is the core pathogenesis of chronic heart failure.“Weak pulse at yang” is caused by the qi deficiency of the heart,lung,spleen and kidney,which lasts for a long time and thus results in the depletion of yang qi and yin qi, eventually leading to the dual deficiency of yin and yang. “Wiry pulse at yin” is caused by the binding of turbid phlegm,static blood and water-damp,which obstructs the blood and vessels. “The failure of the triple energizers to transport and transform fluid retention and the congestion of urethra” are the important causes of the acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure. In terms of treatment, the priority is given to boosting qi and warming yang,combined with promoting urination,invigorating blood,dissolving phlegm and freeing and harmonizing the blood and vessels,and it also needs to open the urine ducts to free the urethra,and balance the ascending and descending of qi movement.
