不同生物保护膜对瑞雪苹果果实品质的影响 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】研究不同生物保护膜对瑞雪苹果果实品质的影响,以期筛选出适宜瑞雪苹果不套袋栽培的生物保护膜。【方法】以3年生瑞雪为试材,设置A(皮尔瑞俄钙膜)、B(太阳果生物防护膜)、C(康露威有机皮膜保护剂)3种生物保护膜处理,以不套袋喷清水、套袋(双层三色袋)为2种对照,测定果实品质。【结果】与不套袋处理相比,喷施3种生物保护膜均能显著提高果实亮度和果面光洁度,但对果形指数、果实硬度、可溶性固形物含量无显著影响;与套袋处理相比,喷施3种生物保护膜均能显著提高瑞雪果实单果质量、果实可溶性固形物含量以及果实钙含量,但对果实可滴定酸含量和维生素C含量无显著影响。【结论】喷施3种生物保护膜均能提高瑞雪苹果果实品质及果实钙含量,其中喷施B生物保护膜显著提升了瑞雪苹果的果实外观品质,同时对果实内在品质影响较小,可作为适宜的生物保护膜用于瑞雪苹果不套袋栽培。 【Objective】The study aimed to clarify the effect of different biological protective films on the fruit quality of the Ruixue apple,screening the suitable protective film for Ruixue apple cultivation without bagging.【Method】The Ruixue apple of 3-year-old was treated by spraying three biological protective film,i.e.,A(Pierreio calcium film),B(sun fruit biological protective film)and C(Kangluwei organic skin film protective agent),with the apples that were either bagged or sprayed by clean water as the control,followed by fruit quality evaluation for the differently-treated apples.【Result】Compared with no bagging treatment,spraying three kinds of biological protective films could significantly improve fruit brightness and fruit surface smoothness,but had no significant effect on fruit shape index,fruit hardness and soluble solid content,whereas,compared with bagging treatment,spraying three treatment groups could significantly improve the single fruit weight,soluble solids content and calcium content of the Ruixue fruit,but had no significant effect on titratable acid content and vitamin C content.【Conclusion】Spraying three kinds of biological protective films can improve fruit quality and calcium content of Ruixue apple.Among them,spraying B biological protective film significantly improved the appearance quality of the apples,and had little effect on their internal quality.It can serve as a suitable biological protective film for Ruixue apple cultivation without bagging.
