摘要
随着大众需求变化以及工程设计优化,高层建筑的数量和规模呈现上升趋势,所以,相关的施工技术需要不断优化升级,以此来满足实际建设要求。某种意义上说,高层建筑能够满足大众住宅需求的同时,在一定程度上缓解了土地资源紧张问题,但高层建筑施工建设中也存在着某些问题,如建设难点多、投资占比高、建设周期长、技术种类多等,这就需要结合实际施工要求来进行判断,基于安全管理与经济最优考虑,来做好施工技术控制并提升技术利用效率。
With the change of public demand and the optimization of engineering design,the number and scale of high-rise buildings are increasing,so the relevant construction technology needs to be continuously optimized and upgraded so as to meet the actual construction requirements.In a sense,high-rise buildings can meet the needs of public housing,and alleviate the shortage of land resources to a certain extent,but there are also some problems in the construction of high-rise buildings,such as many construction difficulties,high proportion of investment,long construction period,various types of technologies,which need to be judged in combination with actual construction requirements,based on safety management and economic optimization considerations,and perform well in construction technology control and improve technology utilization efficiency.
