摘要
目的 研究患者对临方制剂的接受程度与需求以及医疗机构目前开展情况,探讨临方制剂的发展措施。方法 制作调查问卷,通过预调研与3名专家论证后形成最终的调查问卷。向河北省二级以上中医院与石家庄市患者发放调查问卷,对回收的问卷进行数据处理。结果 在558位受访者中,有47.13%熟悉临方制剂,其中有78.33%曾使用过。在34家医疗机构中,有25家开展临方制剂工作,但仅有4家设立独立临方制剂室,仅有3家能够达到GMP级别,仅有14家设有专职人员。在临方制剂需求与供应方面,存在供需不匹配的情况。法规标准的缺乏、收费标准的缺乏、从业人员技术薄弱以及硬件条件的匮乏是掣肘临方制剂发展的主要瓶颈。结论 以患者需求为中心,提供多元化临方制剂,是解决医患之间供需不匹配的核心手段。制定技术规范、出台明确的收费标准、加强从业人员的培训以及提高设施设备的配备是临方制剂今后发展中亟需解决的。
Objective To study the acceptance and demand of patients for clinical prescription preparations and the current development of medical institutions, and to explore the development measures of clinical prescription preparations. Methods Make a questionnaire, and form the final questionnaire after pre investigation and demonstration by 3 experts. The questionnaire was distributed to the patients in the hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine above the second level in Hebei Province and Shijiazhuang City, and the data of the collected questionnaire were processed. Results Among the 558 respondents, 47.13% were familiar with clinical preparations, of which 78.33% had used them. Among the 34 medical institutions, 25 medical institutions have carried out the work of clinical prescription preparations, but only 4 medical institutions have set up independent clinical prescription preparation rooms, only 3medical institutions can reach the GMP level, and only 14 medical institutions have full-time personnel. In terms of demand and supply of clinical prescription preparations, there is a mismatch between supply and demand. The lack of regulations and standards, the lack of charging standards, the weak technology of employees and the lack of hardware conditions are the main bottlenecks restricting the development of clinical prescription preparations. Conclusion Focusing on the needs of patients and providing diversified clinical prescription preparations is the core means to solve the mismatch between supply and demand between doctors and patients. Formulating technical specifications, issuing clear charging standards, strengthening the training of practitioners and improving the allocation of facilities and equipment are urgent issues to be solved in the future development of clinical prescription preparations.
