柴油机滑油系统压力波动仿真计算方法研究及应用 被引量:1

摘要 根据滑油系统压力波动的产生机理和特点,基于Flowmaster仿真平台,开展滑油系统压力波动仿真计算方法研究。通过对压力波动影响因素识别、系统合理简化以及主要元器件建模方法研究,总结形成柴油机滑油系统压力波动仿真计算方法。以某柴油机滑油系统为对象,对该方法进行实际应用验证。验证结果表明,针对滑油泵、调压阀、复杂流腔等元件的压力波动建模方法合理可行,压力波动周期与实测值吻合性较好,压力波动率偏差小于5%,仿真精度较高。 According to the mechanism and characteristics of pressure fluctuation in the lubricating oil system,based on the Flowmaster simulation platform,the simulation calculation method of pressure fluctuation in the lubricating oil system was studied.Through the identification of the influencing factors of pressure fluctuation,the reasonable simplification of the system and the modeling method of the main components,the simulation calculation method of the pressure fluctuation of the diesel engine lubricating oil system was summarized.Taking a diesel engine lubricating oil system as an example,the practical application of the method was verified.The verification results show that the pressure fluctuation modeling method for oil pump,pressure regulating valve,complex flow chamber is reasonable and feasible;The pressure fluctuation period is in good agreement with the measured value,the deviation of pressure fluctuation rate is less than 5%,and the simulation accuracy is high.
