摘要
油气管道预警系统可以对管道附近的第三方施工破坏等进行事前综合预警。现有的视频监控预警系统的预警范围有限,光纤管道安全预警系统的误报率偏高,无人机巡线系统的预警时段受限。基于第三方施工挖掘机械,开发了挖掘机械第三方施工预警系统。该预警系统在云平台基础上开发,在施工设备上安装北斗等全球定位系统,准确定位并跟踪施工设备的坐标。从而实现第三方施工机械在管道保护范围内施工作业时,管道企业可提前发现并制止针对管道的破坏活动。预警系统可实现油气管道24 h全线路自动防范预警且误报率低,为更好地开展油气管道沿线的保护工作提供了借鉴。
The oil and gas pipeline early-warning system can give a comprehensive early warning in advance to the third-party construction damage near the pipeline.The existing video monitoring early-warning system has limited early warning range,optical fiber pipeline safety early warning system has high false alarm rate,and UAV line patrol system has limited early-warning time.The thirdparty excavation machinery construction early-warning system is developed based on the third-party construction excavation machinery and cloud platform.Beidou or other global positioning system is installed on the construction equipment to accurately locate and track the coordinates of the construction equipment,so that when the third-party construction machinery is operating within the scope of pipeline protection,the pipeline enterprise can detect and stop the damage to the pipeline in advance.The early-warning system can realize automatic prevention and early-warning for the whole oil and gas pipeline in 24 hours,and has a low false alarm rate,which provides a reference for better protection work along the oil and gas pipeline.
