摘要
针对国内外碳化硅材质辊棒的生产及应用厂家对辊棒进行直线度的检测方法与现状,结合辊棒在辊道窑上进行检测和出钵调试的实施,研究开发一种能替代现有辊棒直线度检测的自动检测及排序设备,为辊棒生产厂家和辊棒使用厂家提供一种效率更高,准确性更好的自动化检测及排序手段。
In view of the methods and current situation of the straightness detection of the roll bar by the production and application manufacturers of silicon carbide roll bar at home and abroad,and in combination with the implementation of the detection and debugging of the roll bar on the roller kiln,an automatic detection and sequencing equipment that can replace the existing straightness detection of the roll bar is developed,which can provide a more efficient and accurate automatic detection and sequencing means for the roll bar manufacturers and roll bar users.
