摘要
电力煤炭供应日益紧张,煤源单一且受市场、冬季气候等影响,煤厂产量不稳定且成本较高,严重影响电力供应和供暖用煤。新疆准东储煤量巨大、资源集中、开采成本低,已成为各个火电厂降本增效的有利资源。但因为新疆准东地区的煤普遍存在碱金属偏高、易结渣和沾污问题,所以火电厂不能大量燃用。为降低发电企业燃料成本,在机组全负荷情况下,将准东煤掺烧比例提高至60%以上。为保证掺烧准东煤期间锅炉的安全经济运行,开展对准东煤掺烧技术的研究。
The supply of power and coal is becoming increasingly tight. Because the coal source is single,affected by the market and winter climate and other factors,the amount of coal burning to the plant is unstable and the cost is high,which greatly affects the power supply and heating coal. Zhundong area of Xinjiang has a large coal storage amount,concentrated resources and low mining cost,which has become a favorable resource for major thermal power plants to reduce costs and increase efficiency. However,Zhundong coal of Xinjiang generally has the characteristics of obviously high alkali metal content and extremely easy to slag and contamination,resulting in thermal power plants cannot be burned in large quantities. In order to reduce the fuel cost of power generation enterprises and increase the proportion of Zhundong coal blending and burning to more than 60%,and ensure the safe and economic operation of the boiler during the period of mixing and burning of Zhundong coal blending,the research of Zhundong coal blending and burning technology is prepared.
