摘要
枸橼酸咖啡因作为中枢神经兴奋剂,临床常用于早产新生儿原发性呼吸暂停,而心动过速为枸橼酸咖啡因的常见不良反应之一,严重者威胁新生儿的生命。本文通过回顾性分析1例极低出生体重早产儿因呼吸暂停使用枸橼酸咖啡因注射液致心跳过速的病史资料,并对发生机制进行总结和探讨,为临床医生合理使用枸橼酸咖啡因提供参考。
As a central nervous system stimulant,Caffeine Citrate is often used clinically in premature infant with primary apnea,while tachycardia is one of the common adverse reactions of Caffeine Citrate,which can seriously threaten the life of neonates.This paper retrospectively analyzed the medical history of tachycardia caused by Caffeine Citrate injection in a very low birth weight premature infant due to apnea,and the mechanism was summarized and discussed,so as to provide reference for clinicians with ratio nal use of Caffeine Citrate.
