摘要
铸魂育人是人才培养的价值取向,是高校教师尤其是思想政治理论课教师应牢牢把握的认识自觉与行动自觉。树立目标导向思维开启教学过程是实现铸魂育人目标的起点;秉持实事求是原则进行教学设计是实现铸魂育人目标的关键;善用破立结合方法增强教学说服力是实现铸魂育人目标的突破口;践行知行合一理念开展教学实践是实现铸魂育人目标的有效手段。
Forging inner strength and inspiring our people is the value orientation of talent training, and it is the consciousness of cognition and action that college teachers, especially in ideological and political theory courses, should firmly grasp.Setting up goal oriented thinking and opening up teaching process is the starting point to realize the goal of forging inner strength and inspiring our people;Adhering to the principle of seeking truth from facts in teaching design is the key to achieve the goal of forging inner strength and inspiring our people;Making use of the combination method of breaking and standing to enhance teaching persuasiveness is the breakthrough to achieve the goal of forging inner strength and inspiring our people;Practicing the concept of honoring commitment and taking practical actions to carry out teaching practice are the effective means to achieve the goal of forging inner strength and inspiring our people.
