摘要
地热能是一种分布广泛、清洁低碳的可再生能源,然而地热原水及尾水的水化学及微生物学特征导致回灌储层堵塞从而严重限制了地热能的推广应用。对豫东某地地热原水和尾水进行采集,通过ICP-OES和IC检测Na+、K+、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、SO_(4)^(2-)、Cl^(-)等阴、阳离子,运用Lowry法、Dubois法和改进Lowry法分别测定水中蛋白质、多糖和腐植酸,采用三维荧光光谱分析进一步考察溶解性有机物组分特征,运用绝迹稀释法检测典型致堵细菌数量。结果表明:该地热原水的水化学类型为Cl-Na型;地热原水和尾水中溶解性有机物质量浓度从高到低依次为腐植酸>蛋白质>多糖;根据水中有机物的荧光光谱特征可知,地热原水中的有机成分主要是类酪氨酸蛋白质,尾水中为类酪氨酸及类色氨酸蛋白质;地热原水和尾水的主要致堵微生物是铁细菌和硫酸盐还原菌,且尾水中的致堵微生物数量多于原水。
Geothermal resource is a type of widely distributed, clean and low-carbon renewable energy source.The utilization of geothermal energy instead of fossil energy could alleviate environmental pollution issues.However, the reinjection of geothermal tail water could cause the clogging of the recharged reservoir, which inhibits the sustainable utilization of geothermal resource.The characteristics of the geothermal raw water and tail water are important impact factors of the clogging of the recharged geothermal reservoir and need to be further studied.Therefore, the geothermal raw water and tail water in eastern Henan were collected and investigated in this study.Inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer(ICP-OES) and Ion chromatography(IC) were applied to detect Na,K,Ca,Mg,SO,Cl,etc.The protein and polysaccharides were determined by Lowry and Dubois method, three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum for further detection of dissolved organics, and extinction dilution method for bacteria concentration.The results show that the hydrochemical type of the geothermal raw water is Cl-Na type;the organic components in the geothermal raw water and tail water are in order of humic acids>protein>polysaccharides.According to the 3 D-EEM analysis, there is mainly tyrosine-like protein in the raw water, while tyrosine-like protein and tryptophan-like protein in the tail water.More iron bacteria(IB) and sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB) are detected in the raw water than that in the tail water, which are the main microorganisms in geothermal raw water and tail water for bioclogging of the recharged geothermal reservoir.
