普通高校大学生课堂锻炼意向对终身体育行为的促进效应研究 被引量:2

Research on the Promotion Effect of College Students’ Classroom Exercise Intention on Lifelong Sports Behavior

摘要 研究依托计划行为理论,观察普通高校大学生课堂锻炼意向对终身体育行为的促进效应。研究随机抽取杭州市8所高校的部分在校大学生760人为调查对象,通过对调查数据的独立样本t检验以及进一步相关和多元回归分析,统计结果显示:①不同性别大学生在锻炼坚持行为、课堂锻炼意向、行为态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制等5项指标上均呈显著差异,男生均值都高于女生;②由行为态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制构成对大学生课堂锻炼意向的影响模型(男:R^(2)=0.279、女:R^(2)=0.293);由大学生课堂锻炼意向构成对锻炼坚持行为的影响模型(男:R^(2)=0.393、女:R^(2)=0.447)。研究结果表明,大学生课堂锻炼意向正向影响锻炼坚持行为,而锻炼坚持行为是反映终身体育行为的最重要指标,未来研究可对如何进行高校体育课堂教学改革培养学生的课堂锻炼意识,进而促进学生的终身体育行为进行探索。 Based on the theory of planned behavior,this study observed the promotion effect of college students'classroom exercise intention on lifelong sports behavior.The study randomly selected 760 college students from 8 colleges and universities in Hangzhou as the survey objects.Through independent sample t-test and further correlation and multiple regression analysis of the survey data,the statistical results showed that:①There were significant differences between male and female college students in five indicators,including exercise persistence behavior,classroom exercise intention,behavior attitude,subjective norms,and perceived behavior control,and the average value of male students was higher than that of female students;②The influence model of behavior attitude,subjective norm and perceived behavior control on college students'classroom exercise intention(male:R^(2)=0.279,female:R^(2)=0.293);The influence model of college students'classroom exercise intention on exercise persistence behavior(male:R^(2)=0.393,female:R^(2)=0.447).The research results show that college students'classroom exercise intention positively affects exercise persistence behavior,and exercise persistence behavior is the most important indicator to reflect lifelong sports behavior.Future research can explore how to carry out college physical education classroom teaching reform to cultivate students'awareness of classroom exercise and promote students'lifelong sports behavior.
