摘要
课程思政建设是落实新时代高校立德树人根本任务的战略举措,是全面提高人才培养质量的重要手段。高校基层院(系)级党组织肩负着思想政治教育和人才培养的重要职责,与课程思政建设的目标高度一致。为切实推进课程思政落地生根,高校基层院(系)级党组织以“转思想、强学习、重培育、给政策”为举措,解决高校教师“不愿做、不会做、做不好、没动力”的难点,充分发挥基层党组织政治功能,做好顶层设计、筑牢组织基础、注重示范引领,力争全员参与,使课程思政建设走深走实,让师生在建设过程中牢固树立“四个自信”。
The ideological and political construction of curriculum is a strategic move to implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating talents in colleges and universities in the New Era,and an important means to comprehensively improve the quality of talent training.The CPC organizations at the grass-roots level in colleges and universities shoulder the important responsibility of ideological and political education and talent training,which is highly consistent with the goal of the ideological and political construction of curriculum.In order to effectively promote the ideological and political roots of curriculum,the grass-roots college(department)level CPC organizations in colleges and universities take the initiative of“changing ideas,strengthening learning,focusing on cultivating,and giving policies”to solve the difficulties of college teachers who are“unwilling to do,unable to do,unable to do well,and lack of motivation”,give full play to the political functions of the grass-roots CPC organizations,do a good job in top-level design,build a solid organizational foundation,and focus on demonstration and guidance,and strive for full participation to deepen and implement the ideological and political construction of curriculum.The ideological and political construction of curriculum will be carried out deeply and soundly to let teachers and students firmly establish the“Four Self-confidences”in the process of construction.
