摘要
C_(80EF)型通用敞车各工况下的车体静载荷变形对制动管系漏泄和应力的影响进行了试验,通过试验数据分析各工况静载荷引起的车体变形对制动管系漏泄和应力影响能力,为改善铁路货车制动管系布局、优化车体结构和解决制动管系漏泄故障提供参考。
The influence of static load deformation to brake pipe leakage and stress of newly built 80 t general gondola car is tested,because it was equipped with 27 t axle load auxiliary frame bogie under various working conditions.Through the test data,the influence ability of vehicle body deformation caused by static load under various working conditions on brake pipe leakage and stress is analyzed.Related results provide great references to improve the layout of brake pipe system,optimize the car body structure and solve the problem of brake pipe leakage for railway freight car.
