摘要
农业水价综合改革是促进水资源优化配置,推动节水农业高质量发展的重要途径。南昌县作为江西省农业水价综合改革整体推进县之一,经过5年多的探索实践,取得了明显改革成效并积累了一定经验。文章分析总结了南昌县农业水价综合改革现状进展、做法措施及取得的成效,并针对改革推进过程中存在的问题,提出了夯实改革工作的建议,以期能为其他地区开展农业水价综合改革提供参考。
The comprehensive reform of agriculture water price is an important way to optimize the allocation of water resources and to boost the high-quality development of water-saving agriculture.After 5 years of exploration and practice,the reform efforts of Nanchang County have made remarkable progress,and has accumulated experience.This paper analyzes and summarizes the development status,specific methods,problems and effects of comprehensive reform of agriculture water price in Nanchang County,and proposes recommendations for further work,so as to provide references for the comprehensive reform of agriculture water price for other areas.
