摘要
目的 分析急诊针对性护理对酒精中毒患者临床治疗依从性的影响。方法 选取2017年6月至2018年8月沈阳市第九人民医院急诊科收治的酒精中毒患者94例为研究对象,依照入院时间先后顺序分为两组,对照组47例进行基础性护理,观察组47例为急诊针对性护理,对比两组患者护理依从性、不良事件发生率、心理状况、睡眠情况及护理满意度情况。结果 观察组护理依从性97.87%(46/47),高于对照组的85.11%(40/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率4.26%(2/47),低于对照组的19.14%(9/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组焦虑、偏执、恐怖、强迫症状、躯体化、精神病性、人际关系敏感、敌对等心理状况各维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组睡眠质量各评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度为97.87%(46/47),高于对照组的82.98%(39/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 为酒精中毒患者进行急诊针对性护理时可有效提升护理依从性,同步降低不良事件发生率并改善患者心理状况及急诊护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the influence of emergency targeted nursing on the compliance of patients with alcoholism. Methods Ninetyfour patients with alcoholism who were admitted to the emergency department of Shenyang Ninth People’s Hospital from June 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups according to the order of admission time. 47 patients in the control group received basic nursing care. 47 patients in the observation group received emergency targeted nursing care. The nursing compliance, adverse event rate, psychological status, sleep conditions and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing compliance in the observation group was 97.87%(46/47), higher than that in the control group 85.11%(40/47), with a significant difference(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 4.26%(2/47), lower than 19.14%(9/47) in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of anxiety, paranoia, terror, obsessive compulsive symptoms, somatization, psychosis, interpersonal sensitivity, hostility and other psychological conditions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of sleep quality in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group was 97.87%(46/47), higher than 82.98%(39/47)of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted emergency nursing for patients with alcoholism can effectively enhance the degree of nursing compliance, simultaneously reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve the psychological status of patients and emergency nursing satisfaction.
