心理健康视角下地方高校师德建设路径探究——以泉州师范学院为例

摘要 立德树人是高校教育的出发点和落脚点,师德建设是落实立德树人根本任务的关键。地方高校作为社会主义高等教育的中坚力量,应将教师心理健康和地方高校师德建设有机融合。文章利用SCL-90量表从教师性别、岗位、年龄、工龄4个方面了解教师心理健康状况,从教育信念、教书育人、言传身教3个师德建设层面理解教师心理健康重要性的同时,通过从以德立身中坚定教育信念目标、以德立学中铭记教书育人使命、以德施教中树立言传身教榜样,以探索教师心理健康助推地方高校师德建设的路径。 Moral education is the starting point and foothold of higher education, and the construction of teachers’ morality is the key to carry out the fundamental task of moral education.Local undergraduate universities as the backbone of socialist higher education, should organically integrate teachers’ mental health and teachers’ moral construction of local colleges.SCL-90 scale was used to understand teachers’ mental health status from four aspects: gender, post, age and length of service;from the three morality levels that education belief, teaching and precept to understanding of the importance of teachers’ mental health.At the same time, through the education faith of the live morally target, the good for remember the teaching mission, the good for precept to set example in the teaching, to explore the realistic path of promoting the construction of teachers’ morality in local universities by teachers’ mental health.
